Medicare Advantage 2010 - Plans with Part D Prescription Drug Coverage

Our Value + Rx Plan (HMO), Traditional + Rx Plan (HMO-POS), and Explorer + Rx Plan (PPO) plans include both the convenience of medical and prescription drug coverage packaged in one simple plan, and are backed by personal service and the expertise of providers whose top priority is your health.

All plans include worldwide coverage for urgent and emergency care, and the freedom to see specialists without a referral.

The Traditional + Rx (HMO-POS) Plan includes the option to see in-network and out-of-network providers for office visits.
With our new Explorer + Rx Plan (PPO) you have the security of in-network providers in Central Oregon, Palm Springs, and Phoenix as well as the freedom to see any out-of-network provider that accepts Medicare in the United States.

Additional benefits we offer, which are not covered by Medicare, include annual routine physicals, eyeglasses, hearing aids, and an online wellness program.

What If I Don't Need Part D Prescription Drug Coverage Now? Can I Sign Up For It Later?
Generally, if you don’t sign up for a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) when you are first eligible, you can sign up between November 15 and December 31 each year, for coverage to begin January 1 of the following year.
