In just over ten years, we’ve grown from a tiny attic office with little more than a folding table, some chairs, and a phone to a regional leader with 145 employees, 3 locations, and 40,000+ members. The key was developing a system that allowed physicians and hospitals to effectively engage in medical decision making and striving to continually improve the quality of care we could offer our members. Our transformation has been phenomenal, and the results have been extraordinary—for the past two consecutive years, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has ranked us in the top 15% of all Medicare Advantage Plans in the nation.
