Operations

The Operations Department comprises three teams: Reception, Reconciliation and Member Services. Working together, the Operations teams execute many of the core functions of our organization. The Reception team greets walk-in customers and handles incoming calls, the Member Services team educates members and providers on benefits and addresses their questions or concerns and the Reconciliation team maintains the integrity of membership, eligibility and billing.
