Earned Time Off

Earned time off is intended to provide you with time away from work for rest and relaxation without loss of pay. You’ll earn 18 days per year, which begin to accrue from your date of hire and is usable after completing 30 days of employment.

Volunteer Time

In an ongoing effort to be a good corporate citizen and support our community we offer 8 hours of paid volunteer time to employees. With this benefit our employees have the ability to potentially give back to our community over 1000 hours of community service annually.

Holidays

Clear One Health Plans offers eight paid holidays per year.
